Planning your estate and making a legally valid Will is one of the most important things you will ever do. No one likes to think about their own mortality but, by making a small investment of time and money, you can ensure that your wealth and assets are used to protect and provide for those who matter most to you.

To die intestate (without a valid Will) means that the distribution of your estate is controlled by the laws of intestacy. This is unlikely to be how you would wish your estate to be handled and often causes much uncertainty and stress for your loved ones.

Willwriting and Estate Planning Limited provide a professional service to produce a legally binding Will. We visit you at home or your place of work, at a time to suit you, to take your instructions for your Will. During this time we discuss and explain the options available to you.

Our fees, which are agreed in advance so there are no hidden costs, include the home visit to take your instructions and a further visit to deliver and attest (sign and witness) your Will.

As members of The Institute of Professional Willwriters we are qualified by examination and operate to a strict code of standards and conduct to ensure that you receive excellent customer care. For your protection our work is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance worth two million pounds and we undergo continuous training to keep up to date with changes in legislation.
